FULFILLMENT POLICY
1. Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Customers will be notified of any extended timelines.
2. Shipping / Pick up:
Standard shipping times vary based on the delivery location, ranging from 5–10 business days for domestic orders. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.
Pick up must occur within 2 businesses days of order being confirmed. Outside of that window, order will be refunded and restocked.
3. Delivery:
Customers will receive a tracking number upon shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
4. Order Modifications or Cancellations:
Modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
5. Returns and Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
6. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
